While trying to install a managed solution we were getting the below error
As the error message suggests, at the same time we had the solution upgrade (Apply Solution Upgrade) going on in the same environment.
Installing the solution worked after the solution upgrade successfully completed.
At times we might face SQL Timeout issue while trying to upgrade solution if it contains large number of components in it.

I abruptly closed the import window and now I’m attempting to reimport my managed solution, it is giving me this error. There is no other on-going import. I had to abruptly close that earlier import window because for 1 hour, the progress was hung in the middle so i thought of re importing the package and now i’m stuck with this error. Is there a way of clearing anything that my previous package would have committed?
