Dynamics CRM Technical & Functional Info
Sometimes you need to look at things from different perspective.
Nice blog. I’m curious if there is a way to “refresh” the cascading? For example, if you have a 1:N relationship and set the cascading for Reparent to None from All, you may encounter the following:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/troubleshoot/dynamics/crm/child-record-is-shared-unexpectedly-when-sharing-is-set-to-cascade-none
However, if you go back from None to All, for all records that already existed the cascading is not applied. If you then reparent again, it will be resolved. This feels cumbersome if you have to do it for an entire environment. Any thoughts?
