Hi,
we got the above error while using a Web Service as a data connection.
This is the step we followed to resolve it
Go to Tools–>Form Options–>Select “Security and Trust ” and set it to “Full Trust”.

from File>> form option>> security & trust>> Clear the check box & choose Full trust

within infopath form on the menu bar Tools > form option>> security & trust>> Clear the check box & choose Full trust.

check your internet explorer setting.
goto Tools Menu>> Internet Options>>goto Security Tab >> click on ‘Custom Level’ Button
scroll down till the end, in ‘User Authentication’ -Logon >> select Prompt for user name and password.
this worked for me.
as earlier it was taking the username and password automatically it was not throwing the popup and hhence it was failing to authenticate.

I put the full trust, and worked….but after when i publishing; at task form from sharepoint I have a problem “access denied” I try to read a data from other list and I have the whole permissions…what is the solution…
